Questions and answers Link to heading
Can I invite a colleague?
Sure, you may share the invitation to your colleagues. Please note there is a rule of maximum 1 participant per company per event.
What should I prepare for my pitch?
Your 2-minute pitch is optional and low-pressure. Focus on: who you are, what you're working on, and what kind of exchange or collaboration you're open to. You may bring 1–2 simple slides (PDF format), but verbal introductions work perfectly well too.
Will I know who else is attending?
Yes. On the morning of the event, confirmed participants receive a confidential participant list with names, roles, and companies. This helps you prepare meaningful conversations while respecting everyone's privacy.
What if I need to cancel?
The registration fee is non-refundable, as it secures your seat at the restaurant and covers the event organization. If you can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible, so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
Why is the number of participants limited to seven?
Each lunch is intentionally limited to seven participants. This number is small enough to allow everyone to actively participate, while still providing diversity across industries and roles.
Meet. Exchange. Build relationship. Work together.
