- 18:00 – 18:15 Welcome speech
- 18:15 - 18:45 Keynote speech + pitch presentations
- 18:45 – 19:15 Ice-breaker 1-on-1 conversations
- 19:15 – 19:45 Pitch presentations + Flying Dinner (6 courses and unlimited drinks until 22:00)
- 19:45 – 20:15 Table A: small-group discussions (participants grouped by domain/industry)
- 20:15 – 20:45 Elevator pitches
- 20:45 – 21:30 Table B: small-group discussions (participants grouped by employment level and professional experience)
- 21:30 – 22:00 Free discussions

- If you have time, it would be useful to:
- Prepare a short introduction about yourself and your work for the 1-on-1 icebreaker conversations.
- Prepare topics and questions for guests you would like to meet.
- Find out two table numbers: A: Industry/Domain Discussion, B: Expert Exchange Discussion
- Our programme starts at 18:00. If possible, please arrive between 17:30 and 18:00.

- Name badges will indicate the languages that the other speakers can speak.
- Find and sit at your assigned table (Table A: Industry/Domain Discussion).
- Most participants enjoy the 1-on-1 icebreaker conversations. However, if you find them a bit too intense, please feel free to skip them.
- During the one-on-one Icebreaker conversations, please change conversation partners when we signal it.
- You are welcome to change tables at any time.
- If you would like to meet someone but have not had the opportunity, feel free to contact us, and we will help arrange it.
